Ingredients for a 24 cm cake pan
60 gr of bitter cocoa
150 gr flour
200 gr di butter
300 gr sugar
16 gr yeast
150 ml of Qustò Almivisi
A pinch of salt
50 gr of dark chocolate
In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar and bitter cocoa until they become a smooth cream.
Then slowly pour the red wine Qustò Almivisi.
Put aside 150 gr of the ready cream and the rest in a bowl where we will add the eggs one by one, letting them mix well.
We add flour and yeast while continuing to mix, the shredded dark chocolate and a pinch of salt.
When the mix is ready we bake it in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 30 minutes
Once ready, let it cool and finally spread the icing set aside on the cake evenly.
