Il vino Ruberpan Valpolicella Superiore nasce nel 2003 da vigneti situati a Cellore di Illasi, sul Monte Garzon.
Vino classico da tavola, di colore rubino trasparente e brillante. Profuma di amarena e more in confettura, cacao e note speziate e tostate. Al palato è fresco, sapido, fruttato. Ottimo su primi piatti con salse rosse e paste ripiene, su secondi a base di pollame nobile, carni alla griglia, piccola selvaggina, formaggi di media stagionatura.

The wine business started with Leonildo, physician of Soave, who was driven by knowledge in biology and chemistry and began working in the family vineyards and whose work in the cellars was carried on by his sons, Fausto and Gustavo who worked with infinite passion.
